## About

Amir Tsarfati was born in Jerusalem to a Jewish family and has lived in Israel his entire life. He served as a major in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and was appointed deputy governor of Jericho, where he negotiated and coordinated with the Palestinians for a successful Israeli withdrawal from the city. He studied at Israel's School of Tourism at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, then served as CEO of Sar-El Tours and Conferences before founding Behold Israel in 2001.

Amir is married to Miriam, and together they have four children. His home overlooks the valley of Megiddo (Armageddon), which is a constant reminder of the Lord's calling on him to teach Bible prophecy. He teaches from the Connect Center — Behold Israel's broadcast studio in Galilee, overlooking the Jezreel Valley.
